Hardscape / Landscape Construction Foreman
About Us
We don't do basic yard maintenance or cookie-cutter patios. At LOVE LAND, we design and build high-end, architectural outdoor living spaces. From massive, estate-scale flagstone installations on complex slopes to custom masonry and luxury backyard features, we focus on master craftsmanship, premium materials, and absolute precision.
We believe a great project requires a tight-knit, respect-driven team. We provide our crew with solid equipment, clear construction documentation, and an environment where doing things the right way is the only standard.
The Role: Construction Foreman
We are looking for an experienced Landscape Construction Foreman to lead our field crew and manage day-to-day operations on our job sites. This is a working-leadership position. You will be the point person on-site, translating CAD drawings and construction blueprints into physical reality while keeping the project on schedule, on budget, and up to our elite quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Site Leadership: Manage, motivate, and work alongside a 2–4 person field crew to ensure daily production goals are met.
Plan Execution: Read and interpret landscape designs, architectural blueprints, and grading plans to layout patios, retaining walls, steps, and planting schemes accurately.
Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate compact track loaders (like the Bobcat MT100), excavators, turf rollers, and specialized masonry tools.
Site Logistics: Coordinate material staging, track deliveries (stone, soil, plants), and manage daily job-site safety and cleanliness.
Problem Solving: Address on-site grading or structural challenges proactively, communicating directly with the business owner to keep the project moving forward smoothly.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: Minimum of 2–4 years of hands-on experience in residential hardscaping, masonry, and landscape construction, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
Technical Skill: Deep knowledge of proper base compaction, retaining wall mechanics, drainage systems, and masonry (flagstone, pavers, boulders).
Leadership Style: A firm but fair leader who leads by example, maintains a positive attitude on the job site, and treats clients' properties with absolute respect.
Logistics: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to transport equipment and materials to job sites as needed.
What We Offer
Competitive, reliable weekly pay based on your experience and skill level.
Modern, well-maintained equipment, trucks, and tools.
A professional, drama-free work environment where your expertise is valued and your voice is heard.
Clear pathways for professional growth as our firm continues to scale.
